Project Manager

Own projects from signed contract through final walkthrough: schedules, measurements, permits, material orders, and coordination with installers and other trades. You keep the client informed and the site on track. Suits someone with construction or remodeling coordination experience who is comfortable reading drawings and talking to homeowners. The role starts at $75,000 a year; what it pays above that depends on what you bring to it.

02

Sales Representative

Meet homeowners, builders and designers, understand what the space needs, and turn that into a clear written estimate. You run site visits, present options and finishes, and follow projects through to signature. Construction or home-improvement sales experience helps; so does being straightforward rather than pushy. Base starts at $60,000 a year, and commission terms are discussed directly.

03

Glass Installer

Install railings, shower enclosures and partitions on residential and commercial sites: layout, anchoring, glass setting, hardware and finishing. Careful handling and a clean, protected work area matter as much as speed. Experience with glass, aluminum or related trades preferred; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Pay is $26 to $34 an hour, depending on your experience with architectural glass.
