GLASS GUIDE / CARE

Keep the clarity.

Follow the care instructions for the actual glass, hardware, sealants, and coatings installed on your project.

Use the product guidance

Start with the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning products and method. Avoid abrasive tools or cleaners unless the relevant product instructions explicitly allow them. If your glass was supplied with a protective coating — EnduroShield is a common one — follow its own guidance, because the wrong cleaner can shorten the life of the treatment it is meant to protect.

Look after the hardware
02

Look after the hardware

Include rails, clamps, and door hardware in your routine. Ask for finish-specific guidance, especially in exposed locations.

Report a change

Report a change

If glass is damaged, a fixing appears loose, or a door changes how it operates, keep the area clear as appropriate and contact a qualified professional. Do not attempt to adjust structural fittings yourself.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Still deciding? Start with your site.

Which system suits a project depends on the surface it fixes to and how the space is used. Send photographs or a plan and we will go through the options against your own site rather than in general.
