REVIEW POLICY

How we handle reviews.

Short version: we publish every genuine review from a customer, whatever the rating, and we do not edit what people write.

01

What we publish

Every genuine review from someone we have worked for, whatever rating it carries. A three-star review with a fair complaint stays up, and we reply to it in public. We do not remove a review because we would rather it were not there.

02

What we do not publish

Reviews that are not about us or about work we did. Spam and advertising. Abuse and obscenity. Anything containing someone else’s personal information — a street address, a phone number, a third party’s name. Reviews from people we cannot establish as customers. Photographs showing a face, an address or something private that the person who submitted them does not have the right to publish.

03

What we never do

We do not write reviews ourselves or ask anyone to write one on a customer’s behalf. We do not offer anything in exchange for a positive review. Reviews from anyone connected to the company are not published at all.

04

Editing

We correct typing mistakes and remove personal information that should not be public. We do not change the meaning, the tone or the rating, and the original text is kept on file.

05

Photographs

Photographs are only published if the person who sent them confirmed we may. Images are resized in the browser before they reach us, which also removes the location data your phone stores in a photo file.

06

If your review was not published

Write to info@glassstudiosfl.com and we will tell you why. If we got it wrong, we will put it up.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Tell us about the space.

Send photographs, a plan, or approximate dimensions, and the project address. We will look at the opening, the surface the glass fixes to, and the finishes around it before suggesting a system.
