A staircase with frameless glass railings and a slim top rail in a double-height hall

STAIR RAILINGS · SOUTH FLORIDA

Was that a fair price
for your stair railing?

Send us the estimate you were given. We read it line by line, tell you what it actually specifies, and — if we can build the same scope for less — show you the number.

QUOTE CHECK

Three fields, then the estimate.

  • No visit needed to start
  • A written estimate within four hours of receiving everything we need to price the work
  • You are not obliged to use us

Start here

Next: attach the estimate or a photo of the staircase. Nothing is sent until you finish.

WHAT YOU GET BACK

A reading of the estimate, in writing.

Not a sales call with a discount at the end. A written comparison of what that estimate specifies against what the work needs.

What the estimate actually specifies

Glass make-up and thickness, the fixing system by name, hardware grade and finish, edge treatment, and which items have been moved into the exclusions.

Whether the price matches it

Two quotes that look far apart are usually separated by what they specify rather than by margin. You will see which lines account for the difference.

Our number for the same scope

The same glass, the same fixings, the same hardware, the same work. Where a quote is cheaper because an item is missing, we show you the line instead of matching it.

BEFORE YOU SEND IT

The questions we get asked.

Do you need to come to the house?
Not to start. The estimate you were given usually carries the dimensions, and a photograph of the staircase tells us the rest. A measurement happens later, if you decide to go ahead.
What if I do not have an estimate yet?
Send a photograph of the staircase and the approximate length of the run. We will price it from that and tell you what the number depends on.
What if the price I was given is good?
Then we will tell you it is good. That is the whole point of sending it to us — you end up knowing what you are buying either way.
Will you call me?
Once, to confirm what we are looking at. If you would rather have it in writing only, say so in the form and we will keep it to email or text.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Send the estimate.

We work across Broward County, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County. Send the ZIP code with it and we will confirm the location before anything else.
